Great office in Bakersfield needs a Receptionist to provide front desk support by answering and directing phone calls, greet visitors and other administrative tasks such as data entry of invoices and receipts, handle incoming and outgoing mail, order supplies and other various clerical job duties.
This is a temporary, part time position for 3 months providing coverage for an employee on leave. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday in northwest Bakersfield!
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous receptionist, clerical or administrative work history
