Receptionist

Candidates must successfully pass a background check, driving record verification, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities:

• Warm and courteously greet guests/customers upon arrival and assist with service, sales, or other inquiries as necessary.
• Professionally and promptly answer multi-line phone systems with great customer service.
• Be readily available consistently at the workstation to provide phone support and welcome customers.
• Direct guests/customers appropriately to service, sales, or other departments as necessary.
• Use paging system to contact staff members appropriately.
• Send follow up messages to staff members using Microsoft email properly.
• Communicate breaks with management accordingly to ensure adequate phone coverage.
• Scan parts invoices, prepare new car packets, and log stock book.
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets, track and post gas receipts in addition to other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Outlook, operating multi-line phone, customer service skills, interpersonal skills, multi-task

Education/ Experience:

• High school diploma
• No experience, will train
