JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Greet and welcome all visitors to our office
*Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
*Schedule and manage appointments for our various programs and services
*Perform data entry, filing, and other general administrative tasks
*Assist with the coordination of events and meetings
*Maintain a clean and organized reception area
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Excellent customer service skills
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities
*Proficient in MSO software
*Able to type 45wpm or higher
*Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
*Knowledge of the local community and its resources
