Receptionist /Billing Support

We're seeking a friendly and organized professional who enjoys helping customers and keeping office operations running smoothly.

LOCATION: Clackamas, OR

SALARY: $22/HR

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, invoices, and account information.
• Generate, review, and process customer invoices and billing documentation.
• Enter and maintain customer, billing, and service records using company software.
• Support scheduling, data entry, filing, and general office administration.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely customer follow-up.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, administrative support, or office coordination experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or related administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or business management software; experience with Odoo is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The position performs general office duties in a temperature-controlled environment. Requires extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds.
