SUMMARY
Responsible for answering the company phones and greeting visitors. Serve as the first point of contact for new visitors and callers to the company.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
1+ year of experience in a customer service, receptionist or similar role
Background in a high volume manufacturing facility preferred
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a hands-on approach to execution.• Effective communicator

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repeatedly on a regular basis.
Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
Bend, stand, squat, twist repeatedly.

Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic).
Ability to work in a confined area.
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period time.

At that time, the business had four associates, a handful of commitments from local prospects and a few pieces of basic converting equipment – a slitter, a flexo press, a taper/gluer and a delivery truck. As a core strategy, Mr. Welch bought Mr. Kindt's share of the business in 1988. In 1994, the company made its first acquisition when it bought local competitor Pulp Products.
