Job Description

Greet and welcome all customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
Provide accurate information to customers, vendors, and callers
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars as needed
Assist customers by directing them to the correct department and notifying staff of arrivals
Take detailed messages and ensure timely communication to appropriate personnel
Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as scanning, filing, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with basic customer service issues or escalate concerns when necessary
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in all interactions
Greet showroom customers and guide them to sales or service staff
Assist with scheduling service appointments and follow-up calls
Record customer information and update internal systems
Support sales and service departments with administrative tasks
