We are partnering with a professional services firm in Charlotte to hire an entry-level Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in an office environment and grow into a long-term role.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
Greet guests, answer phones, and direct inquiries appropriately
Manage front desk operations including mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Assist with scheduling, meeting room coordination, and administrative support
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Qualifications
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
