Service Receptionist Wanted at Priority Honda Chesapeake!

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding dealership experience while supporting one of the most respected automotive groups in the nation.
What You'll Do
Greet customers arriving for service appointments with professionalism and enthusiasm
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist customers with basic service inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
Manage customer check-in and waiting area needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry
Support the service department with various customer service and clerical duties
Help create a positive experience that keeps customers coming back
What We're Looking For
Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
