We're currently looking to add a Receptionist to the team at our esteemed National Title Insurance company in Chicago. This position offers a long term contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees courteously and professionally.
Operate a multi-line telephone system to manage incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate individuals or departments.
nswer inquiries and provide information to callers regarding company services, products, and policies.
ssist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for conference rooms and executive staff.
Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, and distribute them accordingly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
ssist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a receptionist role or related field
