We're currently looking to add a Receptionist to the team at our esteemed National Title Insurance company in Chicago. This position offers a long term contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors,clients, and employees courteously and professionally.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to manage incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate individuals or departments.
- nswer inquiries and provide information to callers regarding company services, products, and policies.
- ssist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for conference rooms and executive staff.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, and distribute them accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
- ssist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the office.

- Provide general support to employees and visitors to ensure a positive experience with the company.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or related field
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Lotus Notes
