Legendary Home Solutions is growing and looking for a confident, high-energy Receptionist to join our team.


This is not a “sit quietly at the desk” position. We need someone who enjoys talking with people, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in being the first impression of the company.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with customers and clients
• Keep customer and clients information organized and up to date
• Respond to emails and online service requests
• Support dispatch and scheduling operations
• Maintain accurate job status updates
• Assist leadership with administrative tasks as needed

You will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shift
• In-office position
