Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team! 

As the receptionist for our busy real estate & property management company, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 


Responsibilities 
  • Greet guests as they arrive
  • Answer phone calls
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service

Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
