The Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law Firm, LLC, located at 2529 Oakstone Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43231, is hiring a full-time Receptionist. As the firm's first point of contact, the Receptionist must be friendly, organized, professional, and confident in managing calls. Responsibilities include answering the main phone line, screening calls for the Owner and team, assisting with pre-consultation tasks, closing client files, and light cleaning.

Reporting Relationship:

The Receptionist works under the supervision of the Owner.

Responsibilities:

Client/Visitor Focused Tasks

  • Answering Incoming Calls
  • Scheduling and Confirming Appointments
  • Greeting office visitors
  • Handling potential new client intake and scheduling consultations

Typical Receptionist Administrative Tasks

  • Filing documents in appropriate client files & sub-files
  • Preparing client files for delivery to client upon termination of representation.
  • Light Cleaning
  • Perform other general office duties as requested

Education & Experience:

The Receptionist must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate.

Compensation/benefits/hours:

  • $18/hr.
  • Full-time 40 hours/week
  • Paid Time Off
