Receptionist-Community Recovery Center

Rome Health is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support our outpatient substance use disorder clinic - Community Recovery Center.This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for patients seeking care for substance use disorders.Hours: Monday and Wednesday 8 am - 12 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 12 pm - 8 pmKey Responsibilities:Answer phones and greet patients in a professional, compassionate mannerSchedule patient appointmentsAssist with transportation coordination for patientsMaintain filing and basic patient data trackingProvide general administrative support to the clinic teamQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative support preferredNARCAN certification is provided by the agency and required upon startingIdeal Candidate should have the following:Strong organizational and communication skillsExperience with reception or front desk responsibilitiesExperience working with a Behavioral Health PopulationAbility to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA and federal SUD regulations)Compassionate and respectful approach to working with individuals in recoveryJoin the team at Rome Health and help support patients on their path to recovery.About Rome HealthRome Health is a non-profit health care system based in Rome, N.Y., providing services to patients throughout Central New York.
