Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer telephone calls in a professional and welcoming manner, provide exceptional customer service, and create a positive first impression for every guest.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
• Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate team members
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for every guest
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information professionally

Qualifications:

• Has excellent professional communication and customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
• Friendly and welcoming and enjoys working with people
• Dependable, organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
