Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist for a position in Coraopolis, PA.

Responsibilities:
* Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
* Answer and route incoming phone calls in a multi-office atmosphere
* Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Provide back-up administrative support to other staff as needed and may include basic data entry, filing and document preparation




Requirements:
* Experience with navigating a computer network required
* Well-versed with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and detailed-oriented
* Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time
* An understanding of engineering consulting firm dynamics is a plus
* 5+ years" experience in a technical setting, preferably engineering, or a similar role
