Loyalty Collision Center West End is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping keep our collision center running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers appropriately.
Coordinate scheduling of insurance estimates and customer appointments.
Communicate with rental car companies to assist customers during the repair process.
Update rental information and repair status in Enterprise ARMS software.
Contact customers when their vehicles are complete and ready for pickup.
Organize repair folders and maintain accurate paperwork.
Assist the collision center team with administrative and scheduling support.
Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers and guests.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership/collision software systems.
Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or collision center experience is a plus.
