We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative & Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing agency. You will serve as the face and voice of our office. This multi-faceted role combines classic front-desk hospitality with vital client account support. You will greet incoming visitors, answer multi-line phones, and actively manage client accounts to support our sales team.

Responsibilities
- Client Reception: Greet visitors warmly, manage the front desk, and direct clients to the appropriate agent or department.
- Answer Phones: Handle incoming calls, transfer lines, and take messages.
- Help Customers: Answer basic questions about bills, policy updates, and renewals.
- Office Support: Assist clients with general account inquiries.
- Claims Routing: Collect preliminary claim details from clients and transition them smoothly to our claims team.
Requirements
- Friendly, helpful personality with excellent phone skills.
- Experience: 1+ years of customer service, retail, or reception experience.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable typing, using Microsoft Office, and learning new software.
- License: Willingness to study for and pass the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance exam.
