Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative

Hourly compensation and bonus opportunity! We are looking to hire a motivated candidate for an in-office, full time customer service representative / receptionist position in a high paced environment with a focus on professionalism and the customer experience. Hours are 8:30-5:30 with an hour lunch break. The position will be mostly focused in Bristol, RI with working at least one day per week in our Coventry, RI location as well. Candidate must have reliable transportation, including being able to drive in snow.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service while solving clients' needs.
• Answer incoming phone calls with a sense of urgency.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information in our client management system.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Responds to all inquiries, within specified timeframe.

• Customer experience required with great customer service skills.
• Must be responsible, punctual, reliable, and a person who holds themselves to a high level of integrity.
• Flexibility and adaptability required.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up in an efficient and thorough manner.
• Must be quick to learn and adapt to changes in the industry/office environment including those with technology.
• Proficiency in Word & Excel, scanning & uploading documents into Windows based programs.
• We will provide training to applicants that are motivated and possess strong computer skills and a positive attitude.
