$18-$22/hr | Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. | Full benefits + 401(k) match from day one

Be the friendly first voice and face of a family-owned company that's been serving Wisconsin businesses since 1941. In this part-time role with full benefits, you'll greet visitors, help customers by phone and email, and keep our payment and billing paperwork accurate and on time. What You'll Do

• Greet customers, visitors and guests and direct them to the right person or place
• Answer and route phone calls and take messages
• Help customers by phone, email, online chat or in person with questions about our products and services
• Receive and distribute mail, packages and deliveries
• Gather and organize payments that come in by mail, online or by credit card, and balance the cash box
• Prepare daily deposit spreadsheets and apply payments to customer invoices
• Process billing for fuel deliveries and do other data entry
• Update building door schedules for holidays and schedule changes, and back up teammates when they're out

Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Your afternoons, evenings and weekends are yours.

Pay & Benefits

• $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
• Full benefits package, even though this role is part-time

Requirements

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Clear, friendly communication by phone, email and in person
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software
• Able to solve problems and calmly handle customer concerns

Preferred

• Front desk, receptionist or office experience
• Experience with payments, billing or accounts receivable

Physical Requirements

• Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for long periods
• Occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds
