Key Responsibilities:
Supported with front desk operations
Coordinate meeting schedules and manage incoming phone calls with a high level of professionalism
Oversee conference room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared for meetings
Maintain office supply inventory and handle reordering as needed
Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
Operate standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines, and postage systems
Assist with onboarding tasks, including new client setup and related documentation
Support special projects and provide additional administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a front desk or administrative support role
Experience in a law firm or accounting firm environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team player who works well across departments
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 12pm-4:30pm
Employment Type: Temp to hire
Compensation: $22-26/hr.
