Our client is looking for a polished, people-oriented Receptionist who loves creating exceptional first impressions and delivering outstanding customer service from the moment someone walks through the door.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office, creating a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform basic call screening to determine whether inquiries align with the firm's practice areas before routing to the appropriate team.
  • Offer refreshments and assist guests upon arrival.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting room availability.
  • Process returned mail, assist with outgoing mailings, and update client information as needed.
  • Support various departments with administrative projects and office tasks.
  • Help maintain office supplies, stock common areas, and assist with general office support.
  • Keep the reception area, lobby, and conference rooms organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Outstanding attendance, dependability, and accountability.
  • Friendly, polished, and professional with a genuine hospitality mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a busy office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
