    Job Summary

    We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and guests. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, answering questions, and supporting daily office activities in an organized and professional environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries.
    • Answer incoming calls and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
    • Provide helpful information about products, services, and company activities.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities.
    • Receive and organize mail, deliveries, and general correspondence.
    • Maintain accurate visitor and customer information.
    • Support customer follow-ups and communication activities.
    • Assist team members with general administrative and customer service tasks.
    • Help coordinate communication between customers and office staff.
    • Organize office materials and supplies as needed.
    • Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
    • Customer-focused attitude.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors.
    • Reliable, adaptable, and dependable.
    • Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
