We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle basic clerical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain filing systems
  • Assist with copying, scanning, and document preparation
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Support administrative staff with general office tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
