Part-Time Sales Receptionist Position at Circle BMW 

Weekday Evenings and Saturday Coverage Needed 

Circle BMW, part of the Circle Motor Group family of dealerships, is Monmouth County’s premier BMW dealership and a back-to-back recipient of the BMW Center of Excellence Award. Circle BMW is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer service-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to manage their front sales desk.

The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury automotive environment. As the first point of contact for Circle BMW's clients, this individual will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while supporting our sales team.

Your Hours:

Monday - 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday - 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday - 5 :00 to 7:00 p.m.

Thursday - 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Friday - Off

Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the showroom.
• Manage showroom traffic and ensure customers are promptly connected with the appropriate team member.
• Assist and support the fast-paced sales team with daily administrative tasks.
• Answer and direct incoming sales calls in a professional manner.
• Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between Sales Managers and Client Advisors.
• Process payments related to motor vehicle registrations and license plates.
• Ensure all customer interactions reflect the high standards of the BMW brand.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect clients’ personal information.
• Help ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.
• Basic computer and office skills.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
