Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team! 

As the receptionist for our busy medical clinic/urgent care, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and attend to their needs throughout their appointments. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to multitask. 


Responsibilities 

• Greet guests as they arrive at the clinic
• Check guests in and hand out any required paperwork needing filled out.
• Answer phone calls 
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
• Perform tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
• Ability to handle confidential information securely.
• Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers (physicians and facilities) to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
