Receptionist / Escrow Processor

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Receptionist / Escrow Processor opportunity with an independent escrow company known for delivering exceptional service through an experienced, collaborative team that values communication, professionalism, and successful closings. Employees have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts in a fast-paced environment where quality service and strong client relationships are top priorities.

The Receptionist / Escrow Processor isresponsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Assisting with answering phones and greeting guests at our office.
• Processing mail and deliveries.
• Reviewing purchase contracts and entering data into our software.
• Generating forms for clients.
• Verifying the accuracy of forms.
• Disbursing opening packages to clients.
• Reviewing returned documents and entering the appropriate information into our system.
• Ordering various reports, demands, insurance, and other items related to the real estate transaction process.
• Working with lenders to initiate the loan approval process.
• Uploading received and returned documents to our cloud-based system accurately and with great attention to detail.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum of 1 year of escrow processing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the escrow process.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with Qualia settlement software is a plus.
• Experience using and familiarity with DocuSign.

Pay Rate Range: $26.00 - $27.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
