RECEPTIONIST FOR FUSION MED-SPA @ SAN CLEMENTE – SAT AND/ OR SUN 9am-2pm

IV Lounge / Medi-Spa Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable part-time receptionist to join our San Clemente location on Saturdays!

Responsibilities:
Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide basic company info
Perform clerical duties (memos, files, organizing documents)
Monitor and manage the front desk
‍ Check patients in and out & use our POS system
Process credit card and cash transactions
Manage deliveries, packages, and couriers
Set up, break down, organize, and maintain clinic cleanliness
