Overview:

Trinity Terrace is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community located in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas. We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and team members while providing strong administrative and customer service support.

 

What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet residents, guests, and visitors while creating a warm and welcoming first impression.
• Answer and coordinate incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families, staff, and visitors both in person and over the phone.
• Support clerical functions including mail distribution, scanning, filing, and maintaining organized records.
• Assist with scheduling needs such as transportation and appointments and communicate with vendors and partners as needed.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality while supporting resident records and sensitive information.
• Support safety initiatives and monitor activity to ensure a secure and well-managed front desk environment.

 

Schedule: 3pm - 8pm PST, Monday - Friday 

 

$15.00 - $17.00 / hr DOE 

 

About You
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, clerical work, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
