The Receptionist will be responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Receive callers and visitors at the establishment and provide a professional first impression.
  • Determine the nature of business and direct callers and visitors to the appropriate destination.
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Professional, personable, and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong phone skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word.
  • High School Graduate.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience in real estate, title, and/or escrow environments.
Pay Rate Range:$19.58 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
