HR Front Desk Admin
Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM Mon - Fri
Pay: $21-22.00/hour DOE
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Office HR Receptionist serves as first point of contact for visitors and employees while supporting daily human resources and administrative operations. The role combines front desk management, communication, and HR assistance to ensure smooth office functioning and a professional workplace environment.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and office supplies.
Coordinate with various departments for administrative support.
Monitor attendance line and visitor logs
Assist in organizing company events and staff activities
Support HR activities
Other duties as assigned.
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Associate degree in Business Administration, HR or related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Bilingual Spanish preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS
Fulltime office-based role with occasional trips to the plant.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
