What You''ll Do

As a valued member of Team Touchstone, you will:

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for residents, families, guests, and vendors
• Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage inquiries, messages, and requests efficiently and accurately
• Maintain resident information, contact lists, and administrative records
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
• Assist with emergency communication procedures and safety protocols as needed
• Support daily office operations and collaborate with department leaders to ensure a seamless experience throughout the community

What We''re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, customer service, or front desk role
• Experience managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing, healthcare, or senior living setting preferred
