Immediate opening for Front Office Receptionist for small dental office specializing in Periodontics. This is a conservative, traditional office, we treat each client as an individual and provide excellent personalized treatment.
Front office duties include greeting and guiding patients on initial contact, always welcoming them to our office, making them comfortable..
Scheduling and confirming appointments, confirming insurance benefits and processing insurance billing. Ability to track authorizations a plus - or willing to learn.
Assisting in converting office from "paper based" to "electronic health record".
Opportunity to become Office Manager for the right person - or to be Office Manager if experienced.
Be "Right-Hand" for doctor. Experience Preferred
Must be Personable and Positive Thinker, Mature and Reliable. Would like full-time, can be variable 3-5 d/wk
Pay depends on experience. Prefer experience and a love to organize and systematize
