Receptionist FT

Silver Birch of Fort Wayne North is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. As the first friendly face people see when they arrive, you'll play an important role in helping residents, families, and visitors feel welcome, supported, and at ease. Your presence at the front desk helps set the tone for a warm and caring community every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors as they arrive
• Help visitors sign in and provide basic directions or assistance
• Answer phone calls, transfer calls, or take messages as needed
• Answer questions or help connect people with the right team member
• Keep the front desk organized and stocked with forms and supplies
• Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries
• Prepare outgoing mail when needed
• Track visitors entering and leaving the community
• Assist with basic office tasks such as filing and organizing paperwork
• Prepare guest meal vouchers when needed

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED is helpful
• Front desk or customer service experience is a plus
• Someone with friendly, clear communication skills
• A team member who is kind, patient, and helpful with residents and visitors
• Strong organization skills and the ability to handle more than one task at a time
• Comfort working in a busy environment
• Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed
