This is a well-respected family law firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services during some of the most emotionally challenging periods in our clients' lives. We emphasize professionalism, precision, and compassion in everything we do, and we value a collaborative office environment where each team member plays a vital role in serving our clients.
 
The firm is led by a highly skilled attorney with nearly 15 years of trial experience in family law. She has successfully handled over 1,000 family law cases, including hundreds of Domestic Violence trials. She is widely regarded as one of the most skilled domestic violence trial attorneys in the area. This firm supports local community services and projects. After one year of employment, employees qualify for the firm’s 401(k) program.

This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding office environment and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, takes ownership of their work, and takes initiative to identify, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently. 
 
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Compensation:
$20 - 23 per hour
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
 
 Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet clients, guests, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Organize client files and prepare for court hearings
  • Process payments
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Assist attorney and staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
