As a Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience for customers, guests, and team members by:
Greeting customers and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
Assisting customers with questions and connecting them to the appropriate department
Managing customer traffic and maintaining communication with sales and service teams
Supporting administrative and clerical functions, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
Sorting and distributing mail and other communications
Maintaining dealership directories and contact information
Assisting with demo vehicle key management and related tracking processes
Helping resolve customer concerns by directing them to the appropriate team member
Supporting dealership operations and participating in team meetings
High school diploma or GED required
Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and courteous demeanor
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
