Job Description

Job duties include but are not limited to;

• Welcoming visitors
• Answering phones, forwarding calls, and taking messages
• Filing
• Tracking and ordering office supplies
• Assisting in the completion of new hire paperwork
• Assisting employees updated paperwork
• Tracking material tickets accurately
