Seasonal Service Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant/ with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive calls into the Service Department determine the nature of the callers business. Often the situation is handled on the spot, but may need to get to a different team member for resolution. This position will also be responsible for some outbound calls. Ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Excel.

$21/hour

Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard telephone by answering phones and resolving customer questions
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, while minimizing hold times
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate person for resolution
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate customer interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Enthusiastic energy
