Be the First Impression of Our Dealership

Conicelli Hyundai is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in Conshohocken. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits or calls our dealership.

If you enjoy working with people, have strong organizational skills, and are looking for an opportunity with a family-owned company that promotes from within, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Support dealership staff with clerical and organizational duties
• Help create a positive and welcoming dealership environment

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Typing and data entry experience
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
