Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist (Temporary Position)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00 per hour (DOE)
Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to support our front office and internal departments. This is a temporary position with consistent weekday hours. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist various departments with administrative tasks, and help maintain smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and candidates arriving for interviews.
- Answer front-line phones and direct calls as needed.
- Order daily lunches for executive staff.
- Assist the QA department by scanning and uploading documents.
- Replenish First Aid supplies in the machine shop.
- Support the HR and Accounting teams with miscellaneous clerical tasks.
Qualifications
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Basic computer skills (email, scanning, uploading documents).
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
