We are seeking a highly reliable Temporary Receptionist for a short-term, full-time assignment in Kingsburg, CA.
Assignment Dates (No Exceptions):
Monday, December 22 through Tuesday, January 6
Candidates must be available to work every scheduled day during this period. If they anticipate needing time off, arriving late, or calling in sick, please do not submit them. Make sure to ask this before sharing their resume and making a judgement call on how they answer.

This role is with one of the largest corporate office employers in the Central Valley. Due to the size and visibility of this organization, this assignment should be viewed as an audition for future opportunities at either the Kingsburg or Fresno locations.

Arrive early and prepared each day
Consistently put their best performance forward
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high-volume switchboard (approximately 90 calls per hour)
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Maintain a polished, welcoming front-desk presence
Support general front office operations as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of high-volume switchboard/phone operation experience
Minimum 1 year in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
Ability to handle continuous incoming calls without delays
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly reliable and punctual
Must live within 20 minutes of Kingsburg

This role requires 100% attendance for the full assignment period. Reliability, professionalism, and consistency are critical.
