Responsibilities

Greet every person who walks through our doors with a genuine smile and a warm welcome.

Manage our main phone line, directing callers to the right departments with efficiency and care.

Maintain the lobby area so it remains a tidy, inviting space for our guests.

Assist the management team with daily paperwork, filing, and light data entry tasks.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier packages.

Serve as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries and general administrative requests.

Professional experience in a front-desk or administrative support role.

Clear and friendly verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Strong organizational habits and the ability to multitask effectively.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required.

Punctuality and a consistent, reliable work schedule.
