Responsibilities
- Greet visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the reception area calendar.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, supporting the team.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and callers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
