Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Lakewood, NJ

Type: Contract To Permanent
Compensation: $18.00 / hr.
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and direct calls effectively, providing excellent customer service.
• Order office supplies from inventory stock in warehouse cage area for office and stores.
• Complete projects as needed in Excel, demonstrating strong data management skills.
• Perform data entry of small orders into computer systems accurately and efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
