Receptionist

Jones Family of Dealerships is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist & Cashier to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This role supports our Honda, GMC, Acura, and Powersports locations by delivering excellent customer service, managing front-desk operations, and handling cash transactions.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Plus one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide accurate information to customers in person and over the phone
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Scan, file, and manage documents efficiently
• Perform general receptionist and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with office equipment (computers, scanners, printers, multi-line phones)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
