Jones Family of Dealerships is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist & Cashier to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This role supports our Honda, GMC, Acura, and Powersports locations by delivering excellent customer service, managing front-desk operations, and handling cash transactions.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Plus one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate information to customers in person and over the phone
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Scan, file, and manage documents efficiently
- Perform general receptionist and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with office equipment (computers, scanners, printers, multi-line phones)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude
