RECEPTIONIST - Regency at Summerlin (Las Vegas, NV)

About the community: Regency at Summerlin is an active 55+ guard gated community located in southwest Summerlin. The community consists of 460 homes and a clubhouse that has an indoor pool, gym and chef’s kitchen that is open 24/7. Our outdoor common area has several pickle ball and tennis courts, an outdoor pool/spa, cabanas and patios for our owners and guests to enjoy.

HOAMCO is seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Regency at Summerlin community. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, professional, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. As the first contact with our clients and guests, providing excellent customer service is of the utmost importance. This position will encompass both reception front desk duties and additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of reception/administrative with HOA operation experience is preferred
  • Dependable, reliable attendance is key in this role
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills; excellent telephone etiquette
  • Must be committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Outgoing, friendly and helpful personality is a must for this position
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities; able to manage a busy front desk while staying on top of administrative deadlines.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Physical Requirements can very but may include:
    • Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
    • Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
    • Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
    • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile device
    • Job Duties:
  • Managing front entrance area
  • Greeting all visitors/homeowners/prospective homeowners to determine their immediate needs
  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • Clerical/administrative support as assigned
  • Provide general information regarding community events, HOA rules, and facility schedules.
  • Amenity Management: Oversee clubhouse room reservations, monitor amenity usage (e.g., fitness center, pool, tennis courts), and manage sign-ups for community clubs and events.
  • Issue Resolution: Receive and log resident work orders, maintenance requests, or complaints, routing them to the appropriate team members for swift resolution.
  • HOA Support: Assist the HOA Board and Management with printing newsletters and distributing community-wide announcements.
  • Records & Compliance: Maintain organized physical and digital files, including resident directories, gate access logs, and amenity waivers.
  • Key & Access Control: Issue and track resident key fobs, gate clickers, and parking passes.
  • Data entry
  • Managing lost and found
  • Maintaining office supply inventory and assisting with supply orders
  • Track and manage deliveries in lobby
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting environment

Background and drug screening is required for selected candidate.
