This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to create a polished client experience from the moment someone walks through the door or calls the office. Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred due to the diverse client base.
This is not a standard front desk position. You will represent a firm that handles complex and high-stake matters and prides itself on delivering an elevated level of service. The ideal candidate understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and hospitality in a legal environment where clients are often navigating sensitive and stressful situations.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume multi line phone system with accuracy and composure

- Support client intake processes and ensure seamless handoffs to legal teams
- Maintain a refined and organized reception environment that reflects the firm’s standards

- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
