Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Receptionist to join our well-respected client in the Latham, NY area. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and support day-to-day administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities
· First point of contact, welcoming guests as they arrive at the office
Direct guests to conference rooms or appropriate offices
Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to correct team members
Collect and distribute mail and packages
Clerical duties such as mailing, filing, scanning and faxing
Keep the office and conference rooms presentable and stocked with supplies
Calendar management and scheduling meetings
Other duties as needed

Qualifications
High school diploma required
2+ years’ experience in a front office position or similar role
Ability to lift 20 pounds
Strong customer service and communication skills
Microsoft Office experience required
Knowledge in Practice Master (PM) and NetDocuments (a plus)
