Receptionist Administration Support Division Branch: Laurel, MD ID: 4947 Type: Part-Time

Southland Industries is seeking an out-going, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Laurel, MD. We want you to really own this role, have fun, and make it your own. In return, we will support you and give you the room to grow professionally and personally.

Position Details

  • Front desk reception: greeting visitors, ordering and keeping track of supplies, handling mail, and accepting deliveries.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks to support our busy office - youre our right-hand person when we need a little extra help with our day-to-day activities.
  • Answering client calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assisting with office visits, activities, and events.
  • Responds to requests for service and assistance.
